At Colognity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off the Shipment

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized courier location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
